Good engine oil

Hi people,

Can someone please suggest a good oil to put in the ek9 that widely available.

I just checked mine now and its pretty low even after a recent oil change!

Are ek9's know for being thirsty for oil?

speak to any uk honda tuner and they'll tell you to use 10/40 semi synthetic for fast road use and 10/60 fully synthetic for constant 6000-8500 rpm track racing

RVM, Wow, 15w? I would try searching for something lower like 10W minimum. High powered 4's always should use 10W minimum for minimum damage on startups which is the most vunarable and critical point for all engine..
