Gearbox oil change

Preferably you want a new filler and drain bolt washer each change, but the old ones will work. In my experience, Redline MTF sucks and you shouldn't try it, and the new version of honda MTF works best from what I've tried.
As for the change, you can just put the front of the car on jackstands for the fluid change. Put a little over 2 quarts until it drips out of the fill hole.

I have the spoon drain plugs, you can all see the pictures of what it picks up on this link.

On that same link, even though it may take forever to load (maybe a refresh) you can see the best and easiest way of filling the MTF, using a funnel and 2 different sizes of tubing. On the bottom of the page is another fluid change from Redline to Honda MTF.

Thanks for the info. I don't have time to do it myself as i'm at work 9 till 5 and need to have it done before a car meet on saturday, local garage is gonna do it tomorrow on the cheap.

Got the crush washer from Honda today, 35 pence:p and I've already got the oil as said above.

Thanks again.
