I've tried searching but cant find any info.....

When filling your fuel tank, does it click to warn you no more fuel can go in?

:)

in usa the fuel handle itself clicks so the gas station itself will stop pumping fuel into your car.

Oh yeah it the same here :angry2:

Nothing to do with the tank itself, thanks mate :)

Hold the pump at an angle, so the nozzle points upwards, you'll get a few more pence in.

I only put £20 in at a time, helps the power to weight ratio:D

Put my first full tank in yesterday, It only cost £38! (vpower) :) I've been so used to £55-60 for a full tank!

Hmmm power to weight ratio might try that next time lol

I've always keep the car at a half tank, simply to save weight. The gas tank holds roughly 12 gallons, and 1 gallon of gas weighs about 6 pounds, depending on the time of the year.
So my half full tank is 36 pounds lighter than a full tank of gas. And people spend a good $700 on a CF hood to save 15 pounds, with out ever thinking of free weight savings.

haha i do the same thing i only ever put in 10e at a time...it doesnt last very long but helps wit the power to weight a lil bit...its the difference maker in a race:D

I must admit I feel the differance from having a full tank, as the drive back home had half a tank, but the first test drive I had in her (nearly empty tank)
