Front/rear knocking

For a little while now the front left of the car kept knocking over low speed bumps and dips in the road. Not fully sure what it is but recently it got alot worse! Atm I have the rear of the car jacked up and am trying to investigate where this rear knocking is coming from! I think it is the rear roll bar. When I was whacking the car from underneath it appears to bang when hitting the rear roll bar. I think it's the D clamps as the drop links don't look to bad.. But I have skunk2 Lca with the 3 threaded sections and guess what there seized in.. Anyway of getting these out? I might replace the rear links just for the sake of it.

Any idea what could be causin the front end knocking?

Had a look at the rear the drop link was lose on the arb that's all done now but I can't figure out the front I jacked the whole front of the car up and shook and whacked some of the suspension gear and nothing seemed to be lose :S what could be causing this front knocking at the left :/

mine were the anti roll bar links front and rear.i replaced them and the noise stopped

Yeah fixed it now I changed the front drop links and fitted poly arb bush's and they worked like a dream
