Front End Confusion

Hey, so im brand new to this forum, just today. And ive just bought a 1998 hatch and want to make it a type r replica(cant afford the insurance on a real one, rhd insurance in canada is ridiculous). My question was, is seing as the front end of the 1997-1998, is different from the 1999-2000 civics, is this the same with the type r's or are they the same fronts from 1997-2000.

The EK9 was facelifted the same as the lower models. The grille, headlights, wings and bumper are all different so when looking for parts you will need to check!
