Right went to finally go and test drive my EK4 last night and couldn't get out the road as the front brakes just locked on and seem stuck on
The brakes are s2000 calipers, re drilled discs and modified carriers with new pads basically new everything including MC and booster from an MB6 not quite sure why they stuck on so any help would be helpful if anyone's ever had similar problem

Did the slide pins on the carriers move freely, i assume the piston slid back in, as you would have needed it to to have fit new discs and pads

Id say jack the car uo, clamp the flexi brake hose then disconnect it from the caliper, then see if you can move the disc etc freely. Then u know if its a prpblem caused by pressure, or mechanical

I've braided brake lines but will try taking caliper off when I get a chance cheers

With the car off, if the pedal was stuck, itd affect all 4 brakes. if its just the front (both of em?), then its more likely to be stuck pistons due to torn dust boots. Could also be seized slide pins.

Sorted this thanks meant to post before for all your help has 1 bolt that was too long holding carrier on feel so stupid
