Free water pump 19 tooth pulley (not for b16b!)

I have a new water pump (pattern part not original Honda) that doesn't fit my motor as the pulley only has 19 teeth. If anyone knows what this is for (b16a perhaps? ) and wants it they can have it FOC, I'd rather someone takes it than me throwing it in the bin.
