Finally got myself an EK9 rx :)

It does need to be lowered slightly also, but too many speed bumps by me!
 
I havent shown my face here in quite some time, last year on august the 10th i had a gnarly crash and completly write off the ek9, i have recently bought a 96 spec dc2 on 43,000 miles to keep the honda dream going.
Have never been so gutted in my life about the EK9!
 
That sucks :( as long as you were/ are ok that's the important part. I think I remember seeing the car on co part a while back?

I am considering if the B18 engine would be a welcome edition over my b16b.. Whilst its by no means slow, I feel the car could be quicker...

Anyways, why 195/50/15 tyres rather than 195/55/15?

Yeah was badly concussed for a few weeks they had to cut the roof off to pull me out, the bastards! dont think it was needed but just incase id broken my neck/back ha.
IT WAS ON COPART!?! i tried buying it back from those buggers and they said i needed a waste disposal license at it was a cat b and cant be put back on the roads i needed to provide evidence the shell would be crushed.
I lost so many parts :( and actually loved that car! Insurance is raping me now.

Think i was being a cheap skate and didnt know my stuff lol!
 
Oh yeah copart and my insurance "moved" it to their nearest salvage place which was conveniently across the other side of the UK!! i think they knew what they were doing tbh if it was local i wouldve paid someone with a disposal license to pick it up, them moving it to other side of uk meant it was impracticable to do so. This happened on august 10th 2014 so it probaly wouldve been on their website over winter. i was hoping someone wouldve linked it to me lol
