Hi,

I have finally got round to putting car on the road.

I am looking for the fast road set up settings, any1 know where to get these?

Thanks:nice:

What suspension you running?
Do you have any camber adjustable arms?
How do you want the car to handle? (i.e loose at the back, more feel, light/heavy steering, more/less understeer...........)

Lots of camber i've found only really benifits if you are running very stiff spring rates!

Need to know more about your setup and how you want the car to react before anyone can reccomend geo settings, there is no set "fast road" setup, should be tailered to the car and driver :)

I thought there was a set rating :((

I have tein coilovers, and i am going to buy camber adjustable arms at the weekend.

I dont want it to burn tyres, i want to drive into corners so more feel at the back end...

I was going to try that pro grip, heard of them?

yeah pro grip are meant to be VERY good!

best bet is to take the car along and speak to him, he will reccomend what settings to use.

i would say -1 camber front, -0.5 camber rear, 0 toe front and 1/2 deg toe out rear would be a fairly conservative setting to go for, wont destroy tyres but should give a good balance, also depends how your suspension is set height and damping wise of course for weight distribution

I run skunk2 pro front and rear camber adjusters, tanabe pro ss coillovers, and run -1.5 degree front and -1.0 degree rear camber ,with bridgestone re010 tyres, front braces and rear x brace and it handles awesome

there are no "best" settings etc, do search on old threads and setup articles to give you basic idea of what will suit your driving style and requirments

then best to just go to place and basic setup done and come to agreement with the place that you want to come back after about a week to get tweeks done and maybe then even more visits to get more tweeking done layter on

once you get used to car youll find you want more/less in certain areas, dont get hung up on numbers, look to gettin car to feel how you want it

setups are a big compromise, ie you cant have a car that drives perfect on motorway then go to track and expect awesome handling etc as well
