Had the car for 2 months now this is how it looked when i got it, its a 1.4SE, 127k on clock, 2000 model. perfect base for my first project car! :p

previous owner had fitted a clifford alarm and some annoying wolfrace alloys (with new tires..only goodside :)) going soon though ):clap:

also got the windows tinted

as you can see it came with a buddy club spec 3 exhaust NAT! lol

Got the front grill and number plate holder colour coded

also had to change the number plates they didnt look rite so i got the 12x6 size...

8000k HID's with relay harness took 10 mins to fit :)
JDM'd my tailights if anyone wants to know how i did it just ask :O

welcome to the forum man, nice start to the project, some coilovers and a nice set of wheels and it'll look tight :nice:
 
Thanks guys. Feels like home already. Any recommensmdations on what wheels to get am thinking rota gt3 in GOLD. Lower it 50 mm on coilies??:p
 
cars looking good bud, as been said coilovers would reely set it off, and some nice wheels x
 
if its coilies then full wack down to the bottom. and go for 15" as it wont **** you for tyres like 16" does.. rota gt3 is a good choice.. and plus if your going to get a lip kit, get a genuine OEM. if you get fake ones, tbh my personal opinion i would say nahh it looks **** even though some people cant tell. just spend 100 more and get the real deal.

Thanks mate im thinking of rota gt3 in gold. Then with ek9 headlight. Ek9 lips. Should work well. What do you think. Rim recommendations needed m8 :p

nice car u have there mate :) as said a nice set of rotas and some coilies would look class :) milano red is one of the nicest colours in my opinion :)
 
Nice civic mate like the colour! Love when their super clean! Itl be a gd project for you! Good progress so far buddy!
 
wel lad nice looking ej. had 1 just lik it. the car would look great imo with jdm yellow fogs and 16'' gold rota gt3s. and yes get the real oem type r kit and it would look amazing :)

thanks pal! iknow all of that should be done by summer then i can move onto refining the car get it prep'd for the new block :D oem is on the list, what sort of sites are good m8? (for oem stuff):blinx:

-New steering wheel
-mugen pedals (fake most likely lol)
-new gearknob
-alpine headunit

Nice looking EJ9 man! Good start so far. As was already said, yellow JDM fogs would look sweet with milano red. You're going in the right direction so far anyways dude

Nice car man, love the colour!! Some black recaro's would go well with the red exterior
