Facelift Double Din Air Flow knob switch problem ( Video To Show )

After doing a Facelift Double Din conversion in my EK I powered it up and once I turn the air flow speed to its very fastest, the air starts to flow. I turn it down one click when its a full speed air flow it stops working and the switch wont work on auto either.

Have checked all the connections but its still puzzling me. I have an idea that it could be the switch unit itself as its been sitting up for a while. A video is below so show you exactly what the problem is. Any help would be much appreciated.

There are individual relays for the 4 speeds, common issue with eg chaddis. Find the relays and switch them around to confirm this. If a fifferent speed starts to work than the relay is the issue. The knob only acts as a signal for the relays to come on. Very rare its the knob.
