extended lug nuts for non extended studs ?

can i fit extended lug nuts on oem civic studs with no problems ?

extended nuts look so bad but i dont want to change with longer studs :angry:
 
No reason why not, just means you have a load of wasted thread on the nuts, although does make installing/removing them easier as you have more to hold on to
 
yup, you sure can, but why would you do that?
For looks? To the trained eye it would seem like a mistake. "Look he forgot his studs!"

Come on don't you want to be a longer stud guy?!?!? lol

If you are taking your wheels on and off alot then longer studs are a good idea, more to get your hands on to quickly whip them on and off

Longer studs are cool, although at £80 for a set they're not cheap :lol:

i do not like extra weight to my wheels ... lol

The original post asked about fitting them to oem studs, no mention of weather the wheels were aftermarket or not :nice:

But yes, oem wheels, oem nuts..... Or the only company that seems to make ones in the correct radius fitting which is Sprint wheels
 
but is ok to put extended lug nut on oem wheels like the one shown ahead

i guys im confuse here you said after market lug not for oe wheels but aftermarket lug nut for aftermarket wheels but there both going into the same oe stud i dont understand.
