EPRacing Carbon Fiber replica Mugen intake

I saw a UK company there's making a Carbon Fiber Replica of Mugen intakes, they make this replicas to EK4/9 DC2, EP3, etc. the problem is, they don't sell the air box with air filter, and they don't know p. ex. what kind of K&N air filter can fit in the air box.

DO you know this intake, it can be a good choice to my EK4?

this product was available some time ago..
looks pretty good, but i have heard that it has a rough inner surface, and a smooth outer service... like the pics show
