Engine tuning and remapping courses

I'm after a little advice and I thought I'd ask if anyone could help. Long story short I've just finished serving my time as a mechanic and now I'm looking at getting into the tuning and remapping side of things. Anyone ever attended any of these courses and if so who where they held by? Any help appreciated
