Hi all,
During weekend i took my car for a nice drive, drove it for a good 30-40mins in the sun, then come to a stand still my temp gauge starts to rise but the needle was being jumpy at the same time as it was rising at stand still, so switched engine off and started up when traffic was moving then it did it again, So took it to a garage to replace the thermostat, but turns out ive got the wrong one
so didnt replace it, the guy at the garage said everything is working fine and suggested why the temp needle is being jumpy is due to the temperature sensor being faulty and needs replacing.. What i like to know is where can i buy the sensor to replace it or ?
Also on same topic my engine temp is running at halfway point at warm, just wondering if its normal?
Any info on this be much appreciated
