Am I right in thinking the ITR 1800cc engine will drop straight into the Ek9 ?
Please can someone advise me on what else has to be done . And how long would it take to do the swap . Sorry if this has been coverd a million times ;)

Straight fit. done a million times. if the b18c is a prefacelift or facelift you might need a jumper harness and of course the teg ecu.

Thanks for the quick reply , I take the Ecu will use all the same Plugs i have etc . Also the Jumper harness is the easy to get hold of If I need one ?

Cheers :nice:

Jumper harness can be got from many places on line as well as from us if you need one. The engine will drop right in. You will need the itr intake elbow as the throttle body is a little bigger. You will also need to use your ek9 shafts if its from a 98 spec as the itr shafts are bigger on that model. Other than that is a plug and play install. Can be done in a day if you dont run into any seized bolts. With our climate though thats never going to happen so would say 2 days to be safe.
