engine swap..HELP


well,well its a 96 dc2 sir so would the s80 lsd box in it b the same as a 96 itr lsd box?
 
It would be a 4.4fd s80 box. Perfect for this swap tbh as they come with them as standard.

Regarding your engine loom. Your Jordan is obd2 and the engine is obd1 I believe so you will need to do a few things.

Injector plugs will be different from obd1 to obd2
Ur Jordan will currently be running 2 02 sensors and the teg would only have 1 to be read on its ecu. So you better off d-pining it from the loom plug.

And you'll need a conversion harness to run the obd2 loom into the obd1 ecu.

so do i use d injector plugs from the dc2,would it b ok to cut wires and join?or wat way is the best to do it?

and as for the 2 02 sensors im sure i only seen one sensor in the manifold on the jordan??

and the harness i could get off icetronix or vtec performance..
 
Yes mate use the injector plugs from the dc2, make sure u wire it properly by soldering them, then heat shrink it so its water tight.

Dot worry about the secondary 02 sensor, just got off phone to Edd, he said its fine, ye ecu can't read what it's not programmed to read so conversion harness will be fine.
