Engine issue

Put a engine in my car it's swinging fuel coming out of the injectors and there's a spark but it won't fire anyone got any idea

Is the car an ek9 or b16b I had this problem with my 9 turned out to be ignition timing

Ye taught tat it's a b18c4 in a teg track car so no immobiliser
