alright lads
so long story long my ek9 was idling rough, so i clened the iacv which was very dirty.i also tested the iacv with a multimeter and its value was 13-14 omhs.
so anyway all bolted backup and started the car..it idles nice now, before the cleaning it was 1400-1500rpm when warm after cleaning it was down to 850-1000rpm..
but the problem is when i start the car it nearly cuts out straight away, then the CEL comes on and then it begins to idle ok this all happens very fast...the car drives like normal but i still have the CEL on...i have tried bridging the diagnostics port but the CEL does not flash, it only comes on after i start the car.
sorry if i made my problem hard to understand in the above text.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
