like for example the main stuffs to focus on for drag racing... i hope i wont be tear by the opposite racer.
Get sticky tyres. The performance depends on your budget. Get rid of all the unnecessary weight, arrange the front-rear suspension balance (if you have coilovers) and most of all, practice on 0-18m.
-make sure you have enough money to fix anything that breaks
-take basic tools
-make sure you have enough money to pay for a tow truck in case you blow up your motor
-make sure the car is in good running condition before you go
-have fun
make sure you reserch how to launch your car properly thats where you will gain or loose the majority of your time once the car is launched the car will do what it will do providing you shift well
WoW..Ive been around drag racing for over 10 years here in California and the first mistake i see people do is..."not thinking ahead"..what i mean by this is i see people spend money on a Naturally Aspirated car then change it down the road to a turbo setup..that equals double the cost/funds on a race car...make sure you know what you wanna do or get into before you start spending alot of money
