Engine check light

Hi bought an ek9 97 it's driving perfect tight car , the engine check light is staying on I was told that the reason for this could be cause of the decat anyone any suggestions and also where is the diagnostic on a 97 ek9 and any way of checking without bringing to a Honda dealer?

Shouldnt be because of that as the o2 sensor is before the cat

you need to check the code with a connector or paperclip, its located beside the ecu

well i got the code using the paperclip it read out 41 with the engine light flashing and 61 with the abs light flashing but the abs light doesnt come on only the engine check light is on while driving
