Shouldn't the small stickers be outline to match the large one.

Hi Mate, Glad they got to you ok. :))

Only the large stickers are available as outlines (as the lines would be too thin when produced as small stickers for there to be enough adhesive for the sticker to 'stick').

It's mentioned on the first page:
Stickers will be made as solid and outlines in the large size so please add this too - eg:
