EK9.org Facebook page & EK9.org merch, what would you like to see?

Hi Guys

@rvm has made me an editor of the facebook page.

I'm trying to get a few pics up everyday to keep the world aware that we have a fantastic forum here. Tbt this is one of the few forums I have ever used that doesn't suffer from trolling, arguments, offensive content and just general bitchery/snobbery. All opinions and questions are welcomed and it is generally a nice place to be. I can say without a shadow of doubt that my car would not be where it is now if it wasn't for ek9.org, the wealth of knowledge and help available here is simply massive.

Anyway, moving on... I wanted to ask your guys what kind of content would you guys like to see on the page? Some of the tools are fantastic so we can run polls, caption competitions etc etc.

Always open to suggestions so please feel free to comment or PM me.

Please remove your registration from the picture if you do not want it to be seen on the fb page.

Also, I am currently looking into ek9.org merchandise. T shirts, hoodies, mugs, key rings, lanyards etc. I will probably start a thread to gauge interest as I don't want to end up with 20 t shirts that don't fit me. However feel free to pass on any ideas. Or if you would like any of this please let me know.

I have to agree, this forum is brilliant. And like you say no trolling or negative people seem to be on here.

I really like what you've been doing with the Facebook page, a daily picture is a good shout.

I'd be interested in merchandise,
The forum flag should be with me next week!

Hoodies would be ace. Will have a think about what else would be good.

Would be nice to see the pics from Japfest etc get posted up there!

I'm in for afew Tshirts and a hoodie.
Good thing your doing here rob, Facebook seems to be killing off the forums but if we can create awareness of this forum on there then hopefully we can keep it alive.
This is the only forum I'm actually signed up on, let alone active lol

I do love this forum, since joining I've realised how different it is to any other I've ever been on.

I like the idea of the ITR-DC2 forum that has there own Facebook group for quick and easy questions/selling
Always thought an ek9.org one would be a good idea :D

Ohh and I'll take a t-shirt and some stickers

Good effort all round Rob.

This is the only forum I visit and I hope EK9.org continues to thrive. Lots of knowledge, content and decent people on here.

I'd happily purchase hoodies, shirts, stickers etc.

I like that idea @elchunk maybe need to get a few models and do a max power style photoshoot!

I'll get onto the merch more next week and get back to everyone. I'm no wanting cheap crap so will get cost for fruit of the loom t's and hoodys. Was thinking black hoodys with white logo and white t shirts with black logo.

Also lanyards and mugs. I want a mug more than anything. And probably key rings. Open to suggestions on key rings but I'll put up what's on offer when I have more info and let the people decide.

lol, i was only messing! highlighting some of the old touge and best motoring stuff would be cool. part of the reason i got into hondas and the ek9.

 
I still like the idea of an old school 90s car mag page 3 shoot with my car lol.

Lanyard would be cool too - 4 90s Honda keys between me and Steve, the only way we can tell them all apart now is the by the lanyards attached to them!
 
Also, I know the ek9.org page has many many likes - it doesnt seem very specific to the users on the forum - more an ek9 fan page - is there a way to make it like the itr-dc2 group as mentioned, where you actually see the wall as people comment on it?
 
I think you'd only be Able to do that by making it a group like ITR-dc2 and linking to 2 maybe

I prefer that kind of page! More of 'community'? Guess it would have to be started all over to make the page like that though :nono:
