Ok,

this is just to test the water or not - should we look at doing something like this! and would it appeal?

would anyone be interested in t-shirts, hoodies baseball caps? with the club logo on or something,

I think after doing Japfest we need to promote the club! do people think this is a good idea? and having seen opther clubs walking round with there own club logo'ed t-shirts on!


so going to start a poll to see what people think and if there is enought interest i will find out costs!
 
I definately think it's a great idea! Most car clubs have some form of clothing, which is a great way of promoting the site and a great way for members to give a little something back to the site.

I could work on some sort of design if you like? I know the basics of photoshop.

What would everyone like?

Hoodies?
T-shirts?

What colours too?
 
As a theory I think it's a great idea to promote the club. Although I feel that it would need to be very carefully executed to avoid the chav look that could come with club hoodies/baseball caps. I think most of the club members and EK9 owners have long since matured past diamond white and 1.2 wide arch corsas and are more respectable than the max power / revs scene. Stick with T shirts first in my opinion.

Colours should be limited to white, black, yellow and silver obviously !
 
I like the idea of white, black, yellow and silver(gray).

I was thinking of a red hoodie with a white logo. I don't think the "chav" look has much to do with it, personally I don't care what people think of me or what I'm wearing, they want to make uneducated judgements...let them!

So have we got a few more people opinions? Hoodies or tee's?

Yeah true, the reason I was thinking of a red hoodie with a white logo was that when I think of "Type R", red always comes to mind. I mean the interior in all the EK9's is red :D

didnt think of that i juat tought ya were coping the prodrift gear lol

i like the idea tho a white t-shirt with a black logo would be nice and simple also

that would be nice be diff as u say the red with white is nice tho not my choise at the end of the day but your coming up with some great ideas for it fair play :nice:

Im glad to seen that this has grown quite quickly!

lets put up some designs! as there are plenty of websites that can give you an idea what the design will look like!

Design the Club T-shirt!

I only thougt hoodie for the winter! could do beenie hats! mugs! mouse matts - but where do you stop!

a nice polo shirt with an embriodered logo would be cool, we used to have them for our SWdubs forum back when i was heavily into my VW`s,

spreadshirt.com will let you have a shop on there and they send out teh shirts direct thats what we use makes it easy peasy
 
I put no... only becuase when I go shows etc, I laugh at people wearing clothing of car mkes and clubs etc lol
