what is the best wheel size and offset to go for?

i want the wheel to be near enough inline with the arch?

dont know what offset to go for?

depends what wheel width you're going for

well i would probably be 7 inch i guess

if thats the case then i hear +35-30 should be perfect
might need to roll your guards and/or get some negative camber happening to stop scrubbing though

I thing you mean 45 and 40 for 15's wheel
