Ek9 no start

Hey guys a mate has an ek9 he has taken the b16b out and put a forged b18 in but now it won't start. It's getting fuel but no spark, we've checked all the earths they are fine, we changed the coil in the dizzy still no spark. We tried the hondata ecu, standard ek9 ecu and a p30 with conversion harness. Still nothing, when the paperclip test is done the abs light flashes the codes instead? Is this right? It comes up with 16(injector), 18(?), 22(vtec eps(when obd1 ecu was on)), 54(crankshaft speed sensor) and 61(primary sensor). Any ideas on what it could be? Would the speed sensor stop it from starting?
