ek4 vti turbo question

Hi.. Im starting on my b16 turbo build soon and ive got a few quiestions for the turbo gurus!
Ive got hold of an used turbo kit and i suspect its an ebay kit but with everything fabricated alredy i think its the right way to go. The kit consists of a cast manifold, t3/t4 50 trim turbo downpipe, wastegate, screamer, intercooler, boost pipes, oil pipes and 550cc injectors.

My plan is to ditch the turbo and the wastegate and buy brand new branded ones. What is a good turbo for this setup? After my reasearch ive norrowed it down to either a Turbonetics t3/t04e or a garrett t3/t4e. My power goal is around 250-300whp on stock engine with arp head bolts. If anyone could help me with choosing a turbo that would be great.

Also it may be cheaper to buy a used turbo and have it reconditioned that's what I did I'm using a garrett t28 on my ED7 and hoping to use a hybrid garett t35 on my ek4
