Ek4 SiR Remote central locking issue

Hi,

My central locking stopped working so I am trying to figure out whats going on.

When I press on key fob nothing happens no noise, no click , nothing.

Even if i lock the door manually.

So this leads me to think the the central lock unit is dead.

But first I wanna make sure it gets power but I am not sure which wire is which.

Maybe someone on here who is more technically knowledgeable in this can help me out on how to find the power supply wires.

The car is 96 jdm ek4 SiR

Here the wires, I think the wire on the left is more like an antenna to catch the signal from the key fob . Also it say honda abs

Never mind, I opened the the box and the unit is fried inside, so need to get another one.

make sure your central lock unit works first, does your passenger door close when you close the drivers door, if not then most likely your unit is broke,
if it does then you fob is still broke.

That my logic anyway, I dont really know much about all this electric stuff

My Jordan central locking works fine with the key. But doesnt work with the fob, changed the battery and nothing? I have the 2 button fob. Anyone any idea? I was also given a tiny little key thing (will need to get a picture) previous owner said its to turn the alarm on from under the bonnet ??? Anyone ever heard of this?

Is it easy to replace the box? As I have the same problem as my cars central locking system stoped working., but i got a same ej9 for breaking so can I just swap over the boxes?
