Hey guys and gals,

I am from Barbados W.I. just sold my EK9 to make way for some other important stuff going on in my life at the moment. (Will share a pic or two with that a lil later). :blabla: I got a pretty decent EK3 at a steal so i thought i would clean it up and restore it before I put it on the road. This has been my progress over the past 3 weeks...

Thoughts are welcome....and yes its automatic for now.

This actually the worst car that I have ever owned. But this build will be done under a strict budget since I have to watch my spending. here is a pic of the Type R I just sold. I clearly have no clue what the future plans of this car is as yet I am just going with the flow.

My dad here helping me strip the drivers seat since the previous owner was a big fella all of the sponge on one side is totally gone. Not sure what I am going to do about replacing this seat as yet. I'm sure I will figure something out eventually.

When I bought this car it was actually vandalized... windscreen with a good set knocked out of it the to rear side glasses were broken and battery stolen... and this man was dirty....drink in the carpet, all in between the automatic shifter, in the cup holder, crayon marks in the trunk..... it was a mess.

Some of the many rust areas to be dealt with before repaint. I have owned two CW Type R Civics.... so i will try VSM for this build and keep it simple. I dont like silver by the way!!!! :naughtyx:
