Right to begin ive got a 2000 ej9 with abs.

I have recently bought a rear disc conversion. i have trailing arms, abs hubs calipers, and vti handbrake cables. Now what i need to know is how do i get the abs to work on this new setup now the drums have been replaced.

Obviously i want to keep the abs, i know a lot of haters towards abs but i want it to still work. I still need to get hold of some vti brake hoses so haven't started the conversion yet just need to know what else to get before getting stuck into it.

Ive looked all over the internet and cant seem to find an answer, so any help would be epic. Preferably from people who have done the conversion 1st hand.

Hope you guys can help me out

Cheers

Does the hubs have abs sensors? if so then it should be plug and play providing the hubs came from an ek civic

They are off an ek4 vti and have the rings and sensors fitted still.... Its hard to know what will work as i have read so many different things now. I wanna get a general idea/over view of the situation from a few different people before hitting it, thanks for the quick reply :)

They should fit with zero problems, the whole setup from eg and DC2 are plug and play setup, ofcourse using ur own control arms, upper and lower.

The plugs are the orange ones, for both dc2/eg and ek, they all share the same socket and plugs as far as abs.

On my setup i used DC2 brakes, hubs, Handbrakes, the prop valve i left alone as far as i know the ej series uses the same as the disc brake models which is a bonus.

Few tips when it comes to bleeding the system make sure u top up the reservoir or else the ABS light will throw a code, jus fill it up an should b good.

And since u have the arms out, may as well change the bushes an all, saves the trouble of later on pulling it out.
