Ej9 front suspension

So went to fit coilovers and the pinch bolt is seized and rounded, I've tried putting a smaller socket on with no luck and tried getting the whole unit out as 1 but just couldn't get the hub low enough for it too clear the driveshaft

So was planning on cutting the bottom a arm bit on the bottom of the shock
What are these bits called? I can't find them online
Anyone know a price from Honda too?
