 Jesus thats savige i wouldnt have been able to sell that its perfect turbo an an oil cooler be savige

@King Sir was a mighty fine brief always wanted to stick a B-Series in it would have been cool just too much hassle hopefully be back in a old school car soon and put the eg off the road

Got some fitted pics of my steering wheel and a cheap but cool mod that I done today

I painted my needles yellow I think it looks very cool something that the cluster is missing is a bit of colour

Wheels minted in suede mate, I have the leather version but prefer the suede now like

So I've managed to pick myself up a few bit over the past few weeks

First off I got myself a buddy club low rail for my drivers seat made a huge difference! Unfortunately was for ek9 so had to cut and move the rear inner tab welded it back up and fit perfect :)

Then I got myself a spoon N1 backbox and had to weld that also as the flange had been cut off to accommodate a slip on centre section

Pic of it fitted

And last of all a OEM DC2 front strut barce to brighten up the bay a bit :)

this car gets more awsome every time i see it lol when am i getting a shot? ;)

Looking good man, keep it up!

So today I set about giving the car a quick wash and wax and I polished up my exhaust a bit!

Thinking of going for a J's racing front lip and changing my red enkei stickers to green! I've few other bits and bobs to think about but nothing too interesting as of yet

Big update!

So I've got myself a B18C6 from @LoganK

Be a couple of weeks before its fitted as I'll be waiting till pay day so I can do a timing belt and full service! Also need a jumper harness to run the ITR Ecu until I can afford Neptune and a map! Engine has only done 111k and sounds sweet! With service history up until 90k

Main plan is to maintain the engine until I can afford the mapping going to go with AP performance as Logan's car was unreal after he mapped it! It was night and day!

Here is a wee teaser pic until the engine is out and cleaned :)

It will be the perfect addition to my car! Kept me away from thinking about K-series! Can't kick the B-series feel!

Good luck with the b18! I'm sure it will be great fun.
Lovely clean EG you have mate!

Type r engine in a non type r, that's how its done!!!!

So I've started gathering parts to fit the engine next week!

I picked up a tegiwa slim fan and a 98spec ITR ecu to go with engine until mapping

Waiting on a few parts coming from tegiwa also lest see if they can get their service right for me this time!

The engine was removed at the weekend and is just staring me down until it's in the car

So some of the last few parts arrived today! Got myself a oem timing belt and tensioner and also thought if upgrade my cooling to a skunk2 alpha radiator! Just waiting on my obd1-obd2a harness which I'm praying shows up tomorrow!

Will update this tomorrow with the progress of the engine! :)

So k don't my B18C6 conversion with the help of @LoganK

Had a couple of issues with power steering and having to wire a knock sensor and high idle due to jdm ecu looking for eld! but that's about it

Replaced the timing belt for piece of mind and done a oil and filter change to make sure it was all fresh!

Took some pictures along the way!

START

HALFWAY

FINISHED

Also fitted my skunk2 alpha radiator

The next plans are spoon sump, custom air intake and B-pipe then mapping

Not really much been happening to update apart from the manifold snapping various times and just generally driving the car to and from work!

The car is now off the road and I have a runaround to keep me happy over winter

Here's a few pics of it in some nice Scottish scenery! before I put it away!
