Does anyone know what this is?

This is my b18c4 that away to go in the coupe,I'm just tying up all the loose ends as there are a few broken things from the rough bugger that took it out! Can anyone tell me what this sensor is and where the vacuum pipes from it should go (the only one that's there goes to the throttle body). Any help would be much appreciated.

Purge control valve/solenoid

It's conected to the mani and evap canister ( in the pic below is the old model)

I also have a Kozy PCV aka kozy adjuster on the brake booster.
