Nah just joking :D I have noticed it occasionally over the past few months, I've noticed quite a lot of people giving quite blunt and cheeky answers in regards to members showing off cars and build threads etc which are clearly only posted to spark off a debate (which is fine) but most just turn into an argument.

As you said Topher, we are all here for the same thing. Shouldn't be need for arguments. :nice:

I don't seem to see any arguing going on tbh, I like the site for it's grown up attitude and helpful members :)

A definit shif in the scene was/is always enevitable, and over the last couple of years i think it has changed, more so the money side of things with traders taking advantage of enthusiasts passion and there will to cash in on it.

But the likes of the comment above just goes to show that not everyone get the other persons point of view/sarcasim and people tend to jump the keyborad and not thinking about the otherpersons mind set i.e. myabe op was joking
personally i think the for sale section is the reason been on this fourm when it was 50 posts now you see someone posting yay ive got x amout now what sort of childish #'#t is that what contribution have some people made beside nice car mate and GLWS..... :angry2:

if people who have issues with whatever thread is started up, they dont have to look, not hard is it?
 
Just to clarify I was being ironic in the sense that even the smallest thing can taken badly. People either need to understand that some people like attention so will make comments to get a response. Or not to join in when I argument starts.
And for the people starting arguments, you need to be more sensitive towards other people when making criticism. Your opinion is valid but a little bit more respect is needed when making them. Short sentences are soooo easily taken as being rude!

Where have all the forum mods gone? I've seen Aonghus (Vtec6000) posting, but Gav, Whiteman, Kaks and Steven have disappeared.

I Just wanted to remind you that we are all here for the same thing, This is a world wide forum with many cultures/personalities and different opinions.
If someone's opinion is different to yours, let it be. They are correct in their opinion, surely it is the beauty of a forum that we can disagree with each other but still have a common interest ?

The arguing and personal digs against people needs to stop.
It is said for every post on a forum a member reads 10 guests read the post.

we all love a Tuned up K/H/B/D series N/A, Turbo or S/C ED/EE/EF/EG/EJ/EM/EK/EM/ ( no one lieks EP :p ) FD/FN civic as much as each other so why not Just Enjoy the forum :D
