dc2 race car > to space or not to space

hi lads,
on the back of my dc2 race car i have spacers on to widen the wheels ( think theyre 40mm or so)
was talking to a chap how builds race evos etc and he was saying id be better off taking my back spacers off and leaving just the front ones on, have the front wider than the back? anyone clarify this? i thought the wider all round the better more of a go cart effect.

Try it? Not hard work to take off or put back on.
