Dc cruise, st Helen's

My mate was there and said there was 6 ek9s and one rep.
He said 2 were standard, 1 was a k20 another was a turbo and the last one was a b18.
Anyone on here? I didn't see them so couldn't really say who they was. Only turbo one I know is scottek
 
alright there pal, ive just bought my ek9 and went along to dc cruise this evening. top night and great to see other ek9's, i didnt think there were as many in the north west as there was tonight. mine is the turbo. only just bought it but im thinking of either selling it or dropping another engine in because its slower than my old vxr i had and then i got burned off on the motoway tonight by one. so you can imagine im not too best pleased. you should of came along pal and made it 7.

Yeah I was going to but it was raining! Was it the blue vxr? Think it was my mate haha.

not too sure the number plate was a private reg my girlfriend remembers its being s47 akr or something like that and it was a corsa vxr. was this him? i raced an astra vxr too, which is your mates?

Standard b16 just with dc2 airbox.
It's coming out soon and getting a hi comp build!
 
Sorry to thread jack a little, but Ashton, what part of Warrington u from?, just that me and 2 other EK9 owners are from here also. I haven't noticed another EK9 popping around.
 
great sankey, its not my everyday car, i only had it imported back to the uk 3weeks ago. it was imported from japan to the uk, then a friend of my dads exported it to spain to use over there and he had it turboed there, and decided to put it up forsale so i bought it and had it imported back here. it

yeah its a very quick car that, i was struggling to keep up with him on the m56. i wasnt best pleased getting beat by a vauxhall.

My mates went this one but I didn't go as my ek9s not 100% at the minute. I usually go though and they are decent cruises. Join dark cruisers or something like that on Facebook.

Ashton, I'm in great Sankey too. Shouldn't be letting vxrs do that! Your spec looks much better than mine too.

I thought that! After going in yours, yours its pretty quick.
My mates vxr is pretty quick too. But power to weight!
 
i've never heard of this but we'll all have to go sometime :)
 
Thats good some very good goodies what bhp n torque has it got

What spec is the vxr ??
