D16 Wire harness for B16B

Hey guys I'm new to the site and I just got my hands on my first 9. I'm stationed in germany and want to take the car back to the states when I leave here so I have started to completely swap everything from this 9 into a DX hatch. Literally everything has been switched to include to fuel filler door. I want every part of this car to be true except the dash because the states are not very excepting. Anyways I'm using the wiring harness from the D16 to wire up the B16B ECU. I have downloaded a few diagrams to further help myself but I'm still a little lost. I downloaded the attachment as you will see. All the red boxes I must change but I don't know where to locate the right pins on the D16 harness to change. Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys

its more than just pin locations that have to be swapped. You need to add in a couple wires and change over some of the sensor plugs from 3 wire to 2 wire plugs and you will need to add in a vtec sol plug.
