Description: D-series complete turbo kit
Pictures:
D-series complete turbo kit, in new/used condition depending on the parts. Has been fitted to my brothers CRX del sol for the last year but he never got around to getting the car on the road
What the kit consists of:
Garrett S15 ball bearing turbo
Turbo oil feed with T piece to tap into the back of the head and return into sump from turbo (needs water lines)
Log manifold with adaptor plate to fit turbo
Aftermarket s15 turbo elbow
Full 2.5" SS exhaust system
Front mount intercooler (has a twist in it but does not affect fitting or performance)
Full intercooler plumbing, hoses and clips
Blitz blow off valve
Vacuum hoses with manual boost controller
510cc injectors with inline resistors
0bd1 ecu with chrome bas map for turbo application
Small amount of heat wrap but not really worth mentioning
Very good kit and would be perfect for d15 or d16, the only adjustment for it to fit an ek/eg would be to adjust the axle back
The turbo is rated to 320 bhp
If your engine was setup for higher power it could easily make 300bhp
But with a standard engine (ARP head studs and an adjustable cam gear are optional) I would expect 220 for d15 and 240 for d16
Really is a great setup and would be great fun on the road.
