due to me needing a deposit for a house my ek9 is now being put up for sale,its in excellent condition,i have serviced it twice myself in the year i have had it and also had it serviced at a garage 4 months ago.

GOOD POINTS
Lightweight version
185bhp b16b engine
Manual windows
Air con
Power steering
Red recaro seats and civic type R red mats
Uprated tein coilover suspension
loads of tread left on tyres (uniroyal rainmax)
60,000 miles
8 months mot
taxed till 31/10

BAD POINTS
Air con is not currently working,but im getting the parts so that will be fixed before sale.
wheels are not imaculate due to a few stone chips etc,but good condition for age.
Needs a valet inside,this will also be done before sale.
Needs a new anti roll bar link,which will be fixed before sale.

So all in all this car will be in very good condition when sold

PRICE - 5500 definately worth that much,so not really open to offers

anyone looking for a really good condition ek9?i need to sell so i can get a mortgage on a house
 
very nice gd luck with the sale. im guessing there not the original seats they look mint :nice:
 
yeah they're the original seats,everything on this car has been well looked after and maintained,anyone looking for a pre-facelift ek9 should have a look at this one,its going in for a full valet next saturday,it will be very tidy for whoever wants to view it
 
Not trying to knock your sale,but this is not a lightweight version (if your refering to the race base model)as that came with no power steering and no recaro interior.
 
iirc lightwieht version is this (i own one): no ABS, no Airbag, no power windows. I do have power doorlocks, but not remote controlled, but that could be an option or whatever
 
sorry if i confused people,this ek9 has no airbags,electric windows or ABS,thats what i meant by lightweight,its definately not the race base version
 
still for sale.anyone looking for an ek9? wish i didnt have to sell it, probably guna cry lol, but the money is going on the deposit for my house so not all bad i suppose
