Okay I couldn't think of how to word the title or the question so bare with me..
Haven't decided on this yet but I know a lot of people save weight by cutting out unnecessary parts of the Chassis. Is there a way to go about this. For example what to remove and what not to?
Any help from people with race cars or dedicated track cars would be awesome

Cheers

I think i seen a thread about this so try a search. Firstly dont cut your chassis. get rid of all the things you dont need rear seats carpet. it really depends how far you wana go the list is endless

Id be amazed if people cut parts of the chassis out, wouldnt fancy doing that to be honest. Id do whats said above, just remove things not needed, rear seats, spare wheel etc

Am I not right in thinking that some parts I.E where the rear panels screw into are there just for this reason?
There is nothing left in the back mate

what r you using the car for? do you have a cage? you can cut boot panels, door panels rear quater panels any brackets that arnt doing anything. Lexin windows?

Ok, well think you have answered your own question then. Might make the same difference as going out before and after having a dump. Full fuel tank and running it continually on 1/4 full.

Power steering and abs still ther? Any bumper bars on the ek9?
