cusco 6 point cage, worth it?

Ive one in my car, they do make a car very rigid, if i am driving up on a kerb, driver wheel first, the rear driver side wheel will lift off the ground when the passenger sides are on ground. Kind of hard to explain ha.

so what all will i be without?

i know i will have to remove rear doorcards (or drill them which i wont do)
and i wont have any sun visors

does it block the glovebox as well?

what about seatbelt mountings? does it get in the way

I had to remove the rear part to put an interior in. Does not get in way of seatbelts but glove box wont open at all

can you still keep the rear seats etc?

how do you work out where to drill the rear doorcards?

I Dont think you can keep the rear seats unless you cut them

I didnt cut my plastics because they would be ruined and probably look ****, its gonna be a pretty big hole that needs cut. big enough to get the foot of the cage through

Plus it would make it harder to fit.

you may aswell remove the rear interior to be honest

You will also Lose your glove box unless you cut it, and yeah sunvisors, unless you mount the cage with them already facing down, but it looks daft,

you wont have to put the big square foot through the door cardyou can cut a hole and theard the doorcard down the bar from the top

topline has it in his car and he still uses rear seats and doorcards

yeah possibly actually, never thought of doing it that way. May be a bit of a nightmare to bolt the cage down though with the plastics over it. Let us know how you get on anyway :D

whats the point off having a rollcage and backseats/plastics?

get them to funk lol

more to dampen the noise as i never have anyone in the back

think i had once or twice

i wouldnt be arsed sticking one in, its excess weight and you dont really need it unless the likelihood of crashing is increased, like on a track, but with the way the drivers in LK are going it wouldnt be a bad investment....

update

the ******* that i was buying it off went and sold it to a friend this morning even though it was prov sold to me and i was going up to lift it tomorrow

I still have rear seats and glovebox still opens(has been modded to do so though).

Can one of you guy's post a photo. I would like to see how bad it blocks these.
