hi guys,

im looking for a decent suspension, but i'd like to buy second hand, anyone who know what other suspensionkit will fit my honda?
Also the car is a very bad turning car, anyone who knows what steering rack will fit mij car?
sorry for my terrible english.

thanks in advance!

Only mister r do coilovers for mb6. No other coilover will give you good enough ground clearance the car will be really low. If you can't afford them I suggest a set of springs.

yh but i ment, for example dc2 coilover fits eg6 ive heard, do these also fits on mb6?:)
thanks for the reply tho!

Yes dc2 fork type fits but as I said only use them if you want your car really low.

Best street suspension iv used on the Mb6 is mgzs 180 shocks and springs, shocks are made by ohlins, springs are made by Eibach, very cheap, perfect fit and very very balanced handling when combined with the zs180 front and rear anti roll bars... Absolutely transformed my old vti-s

Pretty much the equivalent of ek9 shocks and springs for an mb as the mb and the zs180 shares the same shell

Excuse my ignorance but isn't the MB6 just another civic variant? Why won't coilovers from a civic or integra (or some combination thereof) work?
I've never seen one, we didn't get them in the US.

The Mb6 civic shell is identical to a UK rover 400 series and mgzs

The suspension is a mix of dc integra/eg subframe and lca, dc rack, ek sized lca bushes, 282 front brakes and 262 rear with a 4x114.3 bolt pattern

The fronts dampers are 1.25" longer than ek/ej/eg dampers

The rear dampers are 2.3" longer than ek/eg/ej dampers

Ek stuff fits and works but even standard shocks and springs from any other civic /or dc if you swap the rear lcas to loop type but they end up far too low

Fronts from any civic will work but will drop the car... Rears from anything other than an mb/my/zs/r400 drop the rear around 100mm due to the damper lengths and spring rates differing
