Small update. finally got my splitter on :) cant decide whether to keep it black or spray it yellow?

Looks very cool bud, I think id paint it yellow ;) just my opinion though
 
I would definitely paint it yellow. Car is too clean to have a abs black lip on it.
 
Nice Jordan. Miss mine. Paint the lip, it looks like when you see those lads that spend a load on a new fancy bumper and then drive around for ever with it in primer or as made because they cant afford to have it painted.

i then got my wheels powdercoated candy purple which i think is a first on a jordan :p and i sprayed the splitter yellow myself too. pics dont do any justice of the wheels! tell me what you think :)

Looks good bud. Wheels look good but will need to see them in the flesh.

I would love your front grill. I want a sri one.

So... i've not uploaded anything up here for a while! So basically the car has been off the road since November and my deadline is 25th of may for Banzai at Crail Raceway :) Still ALOT of work to do before then so here's hoping i get finished in time. The work that is going to be carried out when finished is -

Front and back bumper, 2 front wings and side skirts sprayed
Undersealed
New front and rear drilled and grooved mtec disks and pads
Air con removed
Ek9 recaros and carpet
Brian crower stage 2 cams with skunk2 cam gears, Brain crower valve springs and retainers
Timing belt and water pump
Ek9'd headlights
P28 ecu mapped by Henry Roy
Super GT LCA's and tie bar
Unsure of wheels yet. Got a set of Rota slips but maybe away to buy Rota Auto X's. The Purple is definatly going!

a few updates - got back from offshore and was like christmas with all the parcels i had waiting :) and my engine was in bits!



My valves covered in carbon! but was soon sorted out






BC stage 2 cams, BC dual valve springs and titanium retainers, Skunk2 titanium cam gears, every belt and gasket changed including water pump :) just need to run her in and get mapped by henry roy




Got new Rota auto x wheels but im still unsure weather i like them or not. should look a bit better when i get all the bodywork back and put on

Keep us updated, Think the auto-x rota's need to be all black or all purple :p
 
Run her in? 15mins at 3k will see the cams run in, then good to go.
 
Cheers guys. So at first the car failed its MOT on the passenger rear handbrake not working due to the caliper being seized but that was soon fixed with a new caliper and handbrake cable :) Got all my bodywork back also and cant fault any of it! Top job. The guy that mot'd the car had a jordan also so got a few pics

And finally back on the road! :D



Once i had run the car in for a bit i got the car mapped by Henry Roy which he made a great job. Managed to squeeze 189.3bhp with vtec kicking in at 6k rpm and limiter at 9.2k rpm



Thought my bay was looking a bit tired so freshed it by powder coating the rocker and brace





Thats it for now and UNFORTUNATELY its back off the road! The car cut out when i was coming off a dual carrigeway and was struggling to start and sounded like the bottom end had gone. So i had to limp it home which wasnt far and the noise was coming and going so i THINK it could be my flywheel. Will need to wait until a mate takes the box off and has a look as im offshore. Will keep you guys updated
 
The only reason why the bonnet clip bit is like that is because i got carried away removing the rust haha still need to get paint to finish her off
