Chesh's JDM ITR-X Build


Savage wheels, i missed out on a set of these yrs ago, and have never seen another set for sale since :(
 
well dropped my car off to Performance Autoworks sunday to have the 4th/5th gear swapped out for the shorter Y21 gears..



Picked it up tonight and if anyone is thinking of the idea of doing this... do not hesitate to do so.
By far the best money i have spent on the car. the box feels great and tears through 4th/5th now (well feels it to me)

ive also bought a j's racing style duct with a ramair 100mm feed that slots on perfectly to the back of the duct!




got different plans than the usual tiger seal on though
 
got bored sunday so fitted the duct

not a fan of the look but i am a fan of how good it seems to pull now with a good feed!

yeh wasnt planning on fitting it but it was there and i was bored one sunday lol
dont know wether its in my head or not but it seems to pull alot stronger so im happy :nice:

this is how the feed looks in the bay (before i cut it to size and obviously without the air box), as you can see its getting plenty of air :)

its ****ing massive thats why lol

got a plan and will be going to the body shop soon
 
had the duct sprayed.. also the bumper and lip at the same time
much happier with how it looks now!

 
Just in time for japfest thanks to Adam at 6two1!
I'll be on the EK9.org stand tomorrow, so ill see some of you then :nice:

I see yours like ...everyday ... when playing a music dvd whilst driving to work :p
