Cheap turbo kits?

Hi, someone here was talking about turbo kits the other day, so i thought i would ebay a turbo kit.. my question is.. how come the kit is so cheap

That works out for me in GBP(Pounds) 450 or so...

i mean if it is as it says and just bolts on.. and a few tweaks at garage etc.. is this like a cheap one or something because i heard turbo kits are normally like thosands?

its cheap becuase its garbage, those things usually dont last more than 3 months.
