Surely for the airbag to have fired, the key would of had to be in the ignition/engine running?

Wouldn't think the airbag would go off if it was parked up surely??

That brings a tear to my eye, another ek9 on it's way to JDM heaven. Doubt anyone suvived that accident

If anyone wants the arms or callipers I think only the passenger side are any good. The yard us in Nottinghamshire if anyone is interested I can get you the postcode.
 
My guess is it's been left on a train line or stolen and left on a train line. Believe I've already said it was from up Sunderland or Middlesbrough somewhere north east I reckon they said, or somewhere near.
 
Holy **** thats nasty! Hope noone was in that as I can't see them walking away, its totalled. Its sad to see an EK9 like this aswell :(

My thoughts exactly. Hopefully nobody was in there I highly doubt they would have walked away definitely sad . Most likely a theft; which is a shame also as the thieve has probably stole it for a joy ride had a enough then dumped it :(
 
that is some wreck! it could b sumthin random like a tree that it hit did any of you see the polo mrk6 gti crash in germany where the guy apparently went sideways at 80 into a tree n it clean halfed the car in two
 
my dad used to be a policeman and showed me some pics of a prellude that hit a cctv pole at 60 side on, it split the car in half killing all 5 occupants
