Car holding back/ feeling slugish

My ek4 b16b dosent feel like its running right , holding back alot not pulling as it should espically in 2nd . when i turn on the inginition theres no engine management light could this be the issue if so anyone ideas where to get a bulb?

Well, what concerns me even more is if it was removed on purpose before you bought your ek4, do you have access to a OBD scanner?

ran a test today and its 9 cylinder sensor and 41 primary oxygen sensor heater, any idea how to rectify this lads?

my car was holding back at around 70mph, i changed the oxygen sensor and distributer, and rewired the speed sensor and it solved the problem

Check for poor connections or loose wires at the shock tower, distributor connector, and ECM (possibly pins B11 and B12). Thats for error 9. Usually people recommend changing the distributor (oem honda).

Error 41. The sensor itself is ok, but the part of the o2 sensor that makes it heat up faster its not working, probably you need a new sensor also.
