car feels heavy

guys, my car b16a, skunk2 cams,std pistons, have this problem for the past 2 weeks.ive been to 3 mech but still they cant solve the prob.the car feels heavy all the time.sometimes(3/10) i feel the car work normally, but after 20 min of driving the car feels heavy.heavy to all gear.when i rev in neutral, i can hear the engine is heavy.here is chronolgy before the feels heavy.

overhaul engine(engine oil petro canada) > top up oil engine(castrol magnetec) > car feels heavy > change engine oil(petro canada)without engine flush > car still feel heavy > mech says brake jam > brake service > car still feels heavy

at the moment i dont have a close mech.if i just sent to any mech for sure they will have their own assumptions, own theory that doesnt fix the problem...then it will burn my wallet...

guys please help me...
