Cancelled orders/not payers - stuff going cheap!

Hi all,

Due to a number of people ordering and then either not paying (not answering calls or returning emails) or cancelling we have a number of items going cheaper than usual. We are a high turnover, low margin business but we cannot swallow thousands of pounds of cancelled and non-payment orders.
