can u recognize ek9 spring just looking at the picture?

Hi

Need some help here fellows.

Got only the picture above, donno if it comes from ek4 or ek9. Is it possible to recognize the ek9 springs just looking at real picture? I've read (AFAIR) somewhere a while ago that ek9 spring had some colour marking and by looking at it u were able to say if it comes from ek9 or not.

Reason Im asking is I want to upgrade the ek4 suspenion and lower the car 15mm, since the ek9 was lowered 15mm comparing to stock ek4.

It looks like a ek9 oem suspension.
 
Can You recognize the colours on the spring champ.white? The ek4 looks actually the same, but doesn't have the blue/white/red marks on.
 
Have a set of Ek9 ones in the garage I will have a look in the morning and let you know.

Yeh, the ones I put on had colour markings on the spring like those, but I can't remember if it's exactly the same pattern, but I'm pretty sure it is.
 
Rear shocks have a number 52610-S03-Z01
colours reading from the top are
Blue
Red
Green

Front
51602-S03-Z01
one Yellow mark

The other set of shocks I used have the part numbers stamped on them too. So thats always worth looking for

those are not ek9 rear springs- ek9 rear springs are progessivly wound and have rubber isolators on them,fronts have a single yellow marking on them and the ones in the picture clearly shows fixed rate springs, they are ek4 ones, the fact the fronts are marked as ek4 kinda gives it away as well

Well wiseguy, You really think Ihavent seen the ek4 marking. I was hoping dude who sells it doesnt really know what is it :angry2:

dont think you required to call me wiseguy mate, i was only pointing out an easily overlooked thing on the pictures, all other info i posted was correct
